Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki is a Japanese healing technique where the therapist channels energy (universal/divine all knowing life force energy) into the body by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the body to restore physical and emotional well-being. It balances the Chakras (energy centers in the body), enhances meditation, reduces stress, strengthens immune system, releases emotional blockage from stress, anxiety and depression, relieves pain, clears toxins. Helps with migraines, fatigue, digestive problems and insomnia. The session is relaxing. Soft meditative music quietly plays in the background, candles and incense are lit to help you ease into a calm state. You might experience the following during the session: sensations of hot or cold, see colours, fall asleep, involuntary movement, past life flashes, memory flash, emotional response, and sense my hands moving.

Positive Energy House & Business Clearings
This is an at home visit. Where we come to you. We use sage, crystals, salts, incense, candles and other materials. To clean the energy, and bring good fortune, prosperity, positive vibration and protection into your home. This is great for a new home purchased, to give to someone as a house warming gift. Or, for a house that's about to be sold to increase the possibility of selling at a high value.

Crystal Meditation
This a meditation combined with the use of different crystals to help cleanse your aura, center your Chakras and focus your mind on positive, healthy self-talk.

Ion Detoxification
A water molecule is composed of 2 hyrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. When the molecule loses a hyrogen atom, the remaining OH molecule takes on a negative charge. Poor diet and stress cause an accumulation and storage of waste in our system such as diacetric, lactic, pyruvic, urie, carbonic, acetic, butyric, and hepatic acids.
